An overview of the new Proposed OSHA Recordkeeping Guidelines. These new guidelines will require changes in the way you record your injuries and illnesses.

  • Effective incident investigation and interview techniques.
  • Incident Analysis to identify root cause(s) of accidents / incidents.
  • Development of training to address the real problem and not just the symptoms of accident causation.
  • Focuses on gathering complete, accurate and objective accident data that can be used to arrive at the true root causes. Presents step by step procedures for analyzing all possible causes: Equipment, Environment, Management Systems and Human Factors
