OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.1200 Standard, Hazard Communication remains the most cited standard that OSHA has ever developed. Employers that use hazardous chemicals must have a program to ensure that the information about these chemicals are provided to exposed employees. The word "use" means to package, handle, react or transfer.
